• Accept responsibility for all activities associated with their account.

9 Lounges reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

4. Course Enrollment

Enrolment is confirmed only after full or agreed payment has been successfully received.

Class availability depends on instructor schedules and minimum or maximum batch sizes.

9 Lounges reserves the right to postpone or reorganize batches when necessary.

5. Group Classes

Group classes are conducted with limited seats to ensure an effective learning experience.

The number of students in each batch may vary depending on the course and instructor availability.

9 Lounges reserves the right to merge, reschedule, postpone, or cancel batches where enrollment is insufficient.

Students affected by such changes will be offered an alternative batch or another reasonable solution.

6. Private Lessons

Private lessons are scheduled based on the availability of both the student and the instructor.

Students are responsible for attending classes at the agreed time.

Repeated cancellations or missed sessions may affect future scheduling.

7. Class Schedule

Class schedules are communicated in advance.

Occasionally, schedules may change due to instructor availability, public holidays, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.

8. Online Classes

Online classes are conducted through platforms such as Google Meet or other approved video conferencing tools.

Students are responsible for:

• Maintaining a stable internet connection.

• Using appropriate devices.

• Joining classes on time.

• Ensuring their learning environment is suitable.

9 Lounges is not responsible for disruptions caused by the student's internet connection, device issues, or local power failures.

9. Communication

Official communication may take place through:

• Email

• WhatsApp

• Phone calls

• SMS

• The 9 Lounges website

Students are responsible for checking communications regarding schedules, updates, and announcements.

10. Payments

All course fees are displayed in the applicable currency.

Payments may be accepted through approved payment gateways or other authorized payment methods.

Applicable taxes, currency conversion charges, banking charges, or payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the separate Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Students are encouraged to review that policy before enrolling.

12. Learning Materials

Course materials, recordings, notes, PDFs, videos, presentations, worksheets, assignments, and other educational resources are provided solely for the personal educational use of enrolled students.

Students may not:

• Share materials publicly.

• Upload materials to other platforms.

• Sell, reproduce, or distribute course content.

• Record or rebroadcast classes without prior written permission.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, videos, music, course materials, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of 9 Lounges or their respective owners.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

14. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior.

The following are not permitted:

• Harassment or abusive language.

• Disruptive behaviour during classes.

• Discrimination.

• Recording classes without permission.

• Sharing offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

• Misuse of the learning platform.

9 Lounges reserves the right to remove students from classes without refund in cases of serious misconduct.

15. Instructor Availability

9 Lounges works with instructors from India and other countries.

Occasionally, instructors may become unavailable due to illness, travel, emergencies, or professional commitments.

In such situations, 9 Lounges may:

• Assign another qualified instructor.

• Reschedule the class.

• Offer an alternative batch.
  

16. Certificates

Certificates may be issued for selected courses at the sole discretion of 9 Lounges.

Students may be required to satisfy attendance, assignments, assessments, or other course requirements before receiving a certificate.

17. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality educational services, 9 Lounges does not guarantee specific educational, professional, employment, examination, language proficiency, or financial outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9 Lounges shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
